This week:  Novarro placed 5th at Science Hill over McClure.  Blansitt and Musa tied for 4th at GP West.  Zack Pelkey (Independence) dec Lane Dickeson (Wilson Central) 6-4 in the Sycamore final.  Jacob Shelton (Springfield) won the Hendersonville Invite.   This week:  Murphy was 2-1 at the Southeast Prep Slam (SEPS) losing in the finals 10-0 to nationally ranked Jack Mueller (TX) but did defeat Cornell 6-1 on the way there.  Chalifoux (4-1 record) defeated Cornell (3-2 record) 6-4 for 3rd.  Becci was 4-0 en route to winning the Halls Invitational (HI).  Nicholson lost 2-0 in OT to Greer (MUS) in a dual meet at 113.

Christian Cerrito (Wilson Central) won the Sycamore.  Houser won Science Hill.   This week:  Oliver was 3-0 at CBHS Duals (CBD).  Westbrooks was 4-0 en route to winning SEPS including a 7-6 win over Simpson who finished 3rd with a 4-1 record.  Simpson won in the consolation finals 5-0 over Canada who posted a 4-2 record.  Greer has split time at 106 and 113 this season but has primarily been at 113 lately and defeated Conine 7-0 in a dual.  Conine was 0-2 at SEPS.

Poole placed 4th at Science Hill.  Tristan Hackett (Beech) won Hendersonville.    This week:  Elsea was 4-0 while taking 1st at SEPS.  Santi was 3-1 at CBD with lone loss a 5-3 dec to Smith (Cordova).  Eckhart was 4-1 while claiming 3rd at SEPS.  Jennings wrestled 126 at SEPS where he was 0-2 and injury defaulted his last match.  Floyd was 2-2 at SEPS.  Dilucchio was 2-2 to finish 4th at HI but both loses were medical forfeits.

Elan McCastland (Beech) won Hendersonville.  Oliver defeated Ream in a dual.   This week:  Gray was 3-0 at CBD.  Fisher was 3-2 finishing 5th at SEPS including a 4-1 win over Matthes Boyd.  Standefer finished 2nd at SEPS including a win over one of the two wrestlers to defeat Fisher.  Solarek was 0-2 while Boyd was 2-2 at SEPS.  In both cases, Fisher / Standefer & Solarek / Boyd, there are no ranking changes due to head-to-head wins for the higher ranked wrestler.

Adam Wilson (Hendersonville) won Hendersonville.   This week: Popp was 4-0 while winning SEPS.  Hataway was 2-0 at CBD.  Wallis did not wrestle at SEPS instead St. Benedict started James Moses who was 0-2.  McCroskey was 2-2 while Naughton was 3-2 at SEPS.  McCroskey jumps ahead as he lost 3-1 to eventual 3rd place finisher while Naughton was pinned by 5th place finisher.  The 6th spot will remain open as there currently is no clear wrestler for this position and it would appear Cody Burchwell (Pope John Paul) is about to move to 160 from 170.
